All domestic and international orders are shipped with and trackable on Australia Post. You may be required to sign for your order on delivery. We recommend providing a daytime address and phone number when placing your order so that your order can reach you in a timely manner. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

All orders placed are processed and delivered within 24 hours. Orders placed after 12pm AWST Friday or public holiday are processed and shipped the next business day. Please note shipping times are only an estimate and can vary due to a number of factors. DUTIES & TAXES
All products are inclusive of 10% Australian GST except for international orders. Please be advised that all customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer once the parcel reaches its destination country.
OWNERSHIP & RISK
Upon delivery at your specified address, ownership and risk of damage is transferred to the customer. We are not responsible for any undeliverable orders. In the instance that the intended recipient is unavailable, it is up to the customer to organise re-delivery with the local courier company.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us and provide the order number emailed to you at time of order placement and reason for cancellation. Unfortunately, if your item has been shipped out, the cancellation cannot be processed.
